A key part of our Afrikanism is our conscious connection to Life and Health.   Being the first of the astronomers, the first of the educators, the first to uncover healing and medicine and the first to utilize the herbs, fruits and vegetables of the ground for living, we turn to our Afrikan ancestry to continue to learn and embrace what we might need for our optimal Health today.

1^st Mondays of each Month

from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.

 

 for conversations on living Naturally Healthy.  We will discuss issues of health and nutrition for optimum living and spiritual connection.  I am not a medical doctor and do not profess to have cures for ailments.  I will share information that has been helpful to my health and healing, and listen to the concerns of the community that we might enhance our health together.

We will be in a live, on-line conference room.  Having a microphone (inexpensive) will assist your participation in the conversations.  And if you have a web cam we could see you, too.
